The service process is as follows;
1. You fill out the Shopping Korea Order Form.
You should enter the information requested in the Order Form.
You should write in the Order Form the detail of the name of the Korean shopping mall where you purchased the product and the product type, along with the courier company name and tracking number of the product you purchased from the Korean shopping mall and are being delivered to Shopping Korea's free Korean address, the product name, and the number and total quantity purchased, your nationality, your address to receive products, your Shopping Korea ID, your name, and your contact information. Please add the product Photo and product URL of the Korean shopping mall information.
2. You should self-examine whether the product you wish to purchase is a Prohibited Item.
